What can't YOU live without?

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.  ~Robert Brault
I can't live without positive energy. I continue to find myself absorbed with such wonderful sources of beaming individuals. I feed off of positive thoughts, ideas, advice, and support.

Old habits, mean remarks, jealously, unethical acts are EASY to fall into but who said the easy way was the right way. Sometimes making things right might hinder your pride, might make you want to give up, and might make you want to revert to old ways but you have to start somewhere. And I believe that place is thinking positive with every situation no matter what. I truly believe each person has certain moments and times in there life we haven't planned for ourselves or envisioned. However every step moving forward we are given a chance, a challenge, a hope, a wish to make something right or better or different. Embrace something you never had and most importantly find that WORD that  you can't live without. I have made it a priority to surround myself with what I am seeking in life and help uncover the challenges I face.

Nothing is negative if you find 1 thing positive. I am most appreciative to those who can see each struggle, each unfortunate situation, each heartbreak for what it's worth and make something positive out of it. The only thing that you can control is your energy. If you don't know what to do just be positive and know that something didn't go your way for a reason, a good reason. I can't wait to know what that good reason is. Because for everything that was unfortunate and didn't go my way blessed me with something indescribable.

Ones struggle may be your strength. Open your heart, breath free of judgment, and find one positive attribute in each and every person you encounter. It's amazing how your world can transform when you focus on the positive.

  1. Great post, Kristy! Positivity is definitely one of those things I can't do without either.

If I had to pick one thing though, it'd have to be love.

I feel like life without love wouldn't be much of a life at all. And by love I don't mean "the one" necessarily, but rather the moments we all share together and the universal connection we're able to make through those moments. So whether it's a lifetime, a weekend, or even a moment -- love is what it's all about.

Life without love wouldn't be bearable.
