What can't YOU live without?

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.  ~Robert Brault
I can't live without positive energy. I continue to find myself absorbed with such wonderful sources of beaming individuals. I feed off of positive thoughts, ideas, advice, and support.

Old habits, mean remarks, jealously, unethical acts are EASY to fall into but who said the easy way was the right way. Sometimes making things right might hinder your pride, might make you want to give up, and might make you want to revert to old ways but you have to start somewhere. And I believe that place is thinking positive with every situation no matter what. I truly believe each person has certain moments and times in there life we haven't planned for ourselves or envisioned. However every step moving forward we are given a chance, a challenge, a hope, a wish to make something right or better or different. Embrace something you never had and most importantly find that WORD that  you can't live without. I have made it a priority to surround myself with what I am seeking in life and help uncover the challenges I face.

Nothing is negative if you find 1 thing positive. I am most appreciative to those who can see each struggle, each unfortunate situation, each heartbreak for what it's worth and make something positive out of it. The only thing that you can control is your energy. If you don't know what to do just be positive and know that something didn't go your way for a reason, a good reason. I can't wait to know what that good reason is. Because for everything that was unfortunate and didn't go my way blessed me with something indescribable.

Ones struggle may be your strength. Open your heart, breath free of judgment, and find one positive attribute in each and every person you encounter. It's amazing how your world can transform when you focus on the positive.

Music is inspiration

"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us"
This song is so inspiring to me because I have felt everyone of these lyrics. Music is amazing in the way it shapes how you feel and can change your mood and behavior. Imagine life without music...I can't.....What's your favorite song?

Little Miss Down On Love
Little Miss I Give Up
Little Miss I'll Get Tough
Don't you worry 'bout me anymore

Little Miss Checkered Dress
Little Miss One Big Mess
Little Miss I'll Take Less
When I Always Give So Much More

It's alright, it's alright, it's alright
Yeah, sometimes you gotta lose 'til you win
It's alright, it's alright, it's alright
It'll be alright again

It'll be alright again, I'm okay
It'll be alright again, I'm okay
(Okay)
It'll be alright again, I'm okay

Little Miss Do Your Best
Little Miss Never Rest
Little Miss Be My Guest
I'll Make More Anytime That It Runs Out

Little Miss You'll Go Far
Little Miss Hide Your Scars
Little Miss Who You Are
Is So Much More Than You Like To Talk About

It's alright, it's alright, it's alright
Yeah, sometimes you gotta lose 'til you win
It's alright, it's alright, it's alright
And it'll be alright again

It'll be alright again, I'm okay
It'll be alright again, I'm okay
(Okay)
It'll be alright again, I'm okay

Oh, Lord
Oh, and you are loved
Are loved

Little Miss Brand New Start
Little Miss Do Your Part
Little Miss Big Ol' Heart Beats Wide Open
She's ready now for love

It's alright, it's alright, it's alright
Well, sometimes you gotta lose 'til you win
It's alright, it's alright, it's alright
It'll be alright again

It'll be alright again, I'm okay
It'll be alright again, I'm okay
(Okay)
It'll be alright again, I'm okay

It'll be alright again

Wickenburg to Phoenix

The 5 Ss of sports training are:stamina, speed, strength, skill, and spirit;but the greatest of these is spirit.-Ken Doherty
My goal in signing up for the Ragner Relay Race which took place February 25-26 2011 was to build upon my teamwork skills as an athlete.

As a runner there is a lot of dedication and motivation on the runner. Being in tune with yourself mentally and physically as well as holding yourself accountable easily discourages many from even getting to the fun part, which is seeing changes in your body and the endurance you begin to build and of course...THE RUNNER'S HIGH.... I have trained 2 of my friends and written out running plans to help motivate those close in my life that are interested in building there athletic ability as a runner. The most rewarding feeling has been being idolized as a motivated and ambitious individual who people feel comfortable asking me to help them reach there ultimate goals in running races, recreationally, or try outs for the Cardinals dance team. Thank you Jamie, Jessica, Adam, Mark, Kimber, and Mallory

"Today is March 2, 2011. This morning I purchased a one month unlimited membership for work out classes at Physique 57. For the next month I am challenging myself to be more fit and healthy. In order to stay focused and work hard I am starting an accountability journal. I will be keeping track of my daily activity, the food I eat, and my personal thoughts throughout this experience. Each night I will email my entry to a few people that I know care about me and my well being. You are one of these people and I thank you for being a good friend. Advice, tips, and ideas are definitely welcome. I am fully motivated to look and feel better. A few of my goals include: working out a minimum of 4 times per week, stretching twice a day, eating smaller portions, eating less sugar, not eating red meat after lunchtime, and not eating anything after 7pm. I know change does not occur overnight, but with a positive attitude and a great support system I can do it".

As 1 of the 12 team mates a 200 mile relay race day and night was a priceless experience and an unforgettable one at that.  I successfully accomplished my goal which was to forget about everything that absorbs us in daily life and just run, have fun, and eat lots of peanut butter and chocolate. What I loved most about the Ragner Relay Race was meeting the team mates in person that were in my van. My friend Aimee invited me to do this race with her and without her I would have never dreamt to do something so out of my comfort level. Aimee has inspired me to do the bold and daring adventures that I would never do without someone planting the seed. Aimee and I can now say we have ran in 2 races together and successfully reached our goals as runners. (Mount Lemon, Ragner Relay Race) She is a truly amazing person and I have grown as a person knowing her.I can't wait what our next adventure will be TOGETHER :)

Please check out this amazing race. I will definitely be doing it next year. If anyone is interested feel free to reach out to me.
